Can I apply for an invitation letter for the congress?
Do state your request on the registration page or email us at email@example.com. Our Secretariat will prepare the letter for you.
Where may I state my dietary requirements?
You may state your dietary requirements in the registration form.
What will be the congress dress attire?
Unless informed otherwise, we shall require a formal business attire to be worn at all times during our Congress.
Will a certificate of attendance be issued after the Congress is concluded?
All congress participants will be receiving a certificate of attendance via email after the event. Do ensure that the email address provided upon registration is valid.
I have not received confirmation of my abstract being received by the committee. What should I do?
If you have not heard from us after 2 weeks of your submission, kindly write in to enquire about the status.
How will I know when my abstract has been accepted?
Your abstract will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The decision will be conveyed to the presenter once the review is completed.
Can my abstract be changed or replaced at any point of time after submission?
We regret to inform that you may not do so. We ask that you kindly proofread your abstracts prior to submission.
May authors be added to the abstract after acceptance?
No. If a new author is added or removed, the abstract has to be withdrawn and resubmitted as a new submission. Also, all authors should agree to the submission before submitting to us.
How may I apply to obtain a certificate for my paper presentation?
E-certificate will be provided to all presenters after the Congress.
